3 Key Management Holdings was founded by three partners on a simple idea: an owner’s property deserves the same care, candour and discipline we would give our own.
The name
Three founders, three keys.
The mark is three keys on a gentle rise. It is the most literal thing about us: three partners who put their names to the same standard, and three promises the whole company is measured against.
We chose a name we would have to live up to every month. If a report is late, if a fee appears that we did not explain, if a property drifts — the name is the first thing that looks wrong. That was the point of choosing it.
The keys are not a slogan we apply afterwards. They are the order we make decisions in.

Local means the person who knows your property has stood in it. It means a decision does not travel through three offices before it reaches someone who can make it. And it means we answer to people we are likely to run into.
Boutique means we take on what we can hold to the standard. Growth that costs us the three keys is not growth we want. 3 Key Management Holdings is built to extend beyond management in time — but every door it opens is held to the same standard as the first one.
We are candid about cost and clear about results. We explain; we do not posture.
